Yes. Our chunked resumable uploader handles files up to 8 GB, and the pipeline streams transcription in parallel so long recordings are searchable as soon as they are processed.
Do you support Indic languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali?+
Yes — 23 Indian languages and English. Speaker diarisation and script-aware transcripts work out of the box. Hindi/Urdu script disambiguation is explicitly handled.
Can we keep the raw footage on our own storage?+
Yes. The NAS Connector streams videos directly from your network storage or cloud bucket, and Deepgrip also connects to LTO tape archives and MAM systems. Nothing is copied or retained on Deepgrip unless you ask us to cache it.
Does Deepgrip work with our MAM or tape archive?+
