For enterprise teams

Turn every meeting
into institutional memory

All-hands, customer calls, interviews and trainings become a searchable knowledge base — with action items, decisions and compliance archives captured automatically.

Your best thinking is locked inside a Zoom recording folder.

Decisions made in a product review, promises on a customer call, context from an exec Q&A — it all disappears into a folder nobody searches. Deepgrip turns every recorded conversation into a queryable source of truth, with the security posture your legal team needs.

  • Capture every decision, action item and commitment automatically
  • Search across years of meetings by speaker, topic or project
  • Generate post-meeting summaries emailed within 2 minutes
  • Enforce per-tenant data isolation — your footage never trains anyone else's model
  • Meet retention, audit and compliance requirements out of the box
  • Integrate with Asana, Jira, Linear, Slack and your CRM

Enterprise controls, built in — not bolted on

Per-tenant data isolation is audited. SSO/SAML, role-based access, signed short-TTL media URLs and per-region data residency are all standard. Meeting recordings stay in your storage (NAS, Azure Blob, S3) if you want — Deepgrip only indexes them.

We stopped re-litigating decisions in every meeting. The archive is now the source of truth — and my managers actually trust it.

Common questions

Where does our video and transcript data live?+

Your choice. Deepgrip can index videos in place on your NAS, Azure Blob or S3 — we never need to hold the raw media. Transcripts and derived indexes are stored in your tenant with region pinning (IN, EU, US) configurable per workspace.

Do you support SSO, SAML, SCIM?+

Yes. Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin and generic SAML 2.0 are supported. SCIM provisioning for user lifecycle. Full RBAC with per-workspace roles.

Is our data used to train your models?+

No. Per-tenant isolation is audited — your footage and transcripts are never used to train shared models. Enterprise customers can also run against private or self-hosted LLM endpoints if required.

What about integrations — Asana, Jira, Slack, Salesforce?+

Native integrations for action-item sync to Asana / Jira / Linear, meeting digests to Slack / Teams, and call-summary push to Salesforce / HubSpot. Webhooks and API available for anything else.
