One indexed hour = one hour of video or audio processed and indexed into your searchable archive. Indexing includes transcription, speaker detection, entity extraction, chapter segmentation, and embedding generation. A 30-minute interview counts as 0.5 hrs. Re-indexing a file after a model upgrade counts again — but we absorb the cost for minor updates.
