These Terms of Service govern your use of the Deepgrip platform operated by Dootlabs AI Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Deepgrip is a video intelligence platform that provides AI-powered transcription, search, clip generation, and analytics capabilities for uploaded video content.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use Deepgrip only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains harmful material, or violates applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Video content is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Deepgrip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
