Show notes are not an index
Show notes summarise an episode. They do not tell an editor which episode, and which minute, holds a guest's answer on pricing or a host's story about a first job.
What gets indexed
A time-aligned transcript of each episode, the speakers, the topics and the names mentioned. Both audio and video episodes can be indexed. Deepgrip accepts common audio formats such as mp3, m4a, wav, aac and ogg, alongside video files.
Finding quotes and guest moments
Search by an exact phrase or by meaning. The result is a timestamp in a specific episode, ready to listen to or cut.
Shows in more than one language
Hosts often move between Hindi and English, and many networks run regional-language shows. Deepgrip covers 23 Indian languages and English, including mixed-language speech.
From search to content
Results can be assembled into a compilation by topic or by guest, with exports sized for each platform. Every clip keeps its link to the episode and timestamp it came from.
What to check
- Can it take your audio-only episodes as well as video?
- How does it handle a back catalogue of hundreds of episodes?
- Does it work with mixed Hindi-English speech?
- Will the vendor test a sample of your own episodes?
